Significant site preparation and retaining was undertaken to create level platforms for both the home and the lower swimming pool level. It included using 38 precast concrete panels to form the engineered retaining walls.

Generous ceiling heights with oversized architraves and skirting boards in all rooms show off the detailing of a traditional manor from a bygone era.

This home has also been designed with the future in mind and boasts solar power, underfloor heating, a central vacuum system and provision for a future internal lift to ensure it answers to its owners’ changing needs.
